Tai Chai

Join us every 3rd Thursday of the month for Tai Chai

This class is an hour long adapted form of the Yang style tai chi for all levels, mobility, and ages. However, it is geared more towards those who may need a little more support while standing.

You will first go through all of the basic moves that, when practiced and properly executed, will test your strength and awareness and complete a short form flow. Balance, coordination, and relaxed awareness will be worked on.
